Mind-boggling maths

Maths is a story
Without any theory
Now matter how much I try
It just makes me cry

The earth keeps rotating
It spins round and round
Loads of mathematicians came
But the value of 'x' is still not found

Put an equal sign
To make a polynomial an equation
There are full stops between numbers
It is complete frustration

The circle has too many curves
They go on and on
While studying trigonometry
I feel like a moron

As I am ending this poem
I'll end with a humorous line
Why is 6 afraid of 7?
'Cause 7 8 9... (7 ate 9) !
